Food, drinks & slow afternoons. A handmade café-bar near the beach, still becoming what it wants to be.

Tsiory building Bokhara

He built this.

Tsiory has been building Bokhara himself — OSB panels cut by hand, terracotta tiles laid one by one, plants brought in every week. The journey of creation is still happening.

This is not a polished restaurant. It is a place someone made. Come while it is still becoming what it wants to be.

"It's still being built.
But people go anyway."

Drinks made
from scratch.

House-made ginger beer, hibiscus tea, lemonade. Herbs, citrus, fermentation. Use drinks to express the alchemy side of the brand.

Ginger Beer

House-made. Fiery, fresh, and slightly sweet.

Hibiscus Iced Tea

Steeped hibiscus, lemon, honey. Vivid and floral.

Lemon & Mint

Fresh lemon, crushed mint, sparkling water, cane sugar.

Herb Kombucha

Lightly fermented, herbal, alive. Served cold.

The key image
is not people eating.

People talking. People reading. Small groups sharing food. Workshops, evening talks, quiet daytime work sessions. Bokhara is the calmer place near the beach — where people recover, connect, and stay longer than they planned.
